Demobilized!

The demobilization was so thoroughly prepared that they gave us a catered breakfast from like, 8-9 am, which is like noon for an army wake-up. More amazingly, the Demob process that took a week in Fort Lewis (several hundred troops coming home from Iraq after 18 months) took about an hour and a half (100 troops in another state for 2 weeks), so we were home early in the Afternoon and didn't feel like cleaning weapons, so we came back in the late am the next day for that and were out by lunch. Beautiful.

The trip ended well. We got home safe. Pretty sure all the troops are glad it's over. We got demobilized and paid and I can finally input the journal I kept. Hooray.
